Module splice 

xil splice — insert or delete parsed entries with automatic seq renumbering. Port of XILU006_splice_parsed.py.

Remove [start, end] inclusive and renumber the remainder.

py_get_str 🔒

e.get(key, "") inside an f-string. The default only applies when the key is absent: a key present with a null value renders as None, which is what the report lines actually print for a direction entry.
