Fields

path: Option<PathBuf>

Path to the markdown production script (required unless –harvest-cast or –backfill-cast)

json: bool

Output machine-readable JSON instead of the human report

speakers: Option<PathBuf>

Path to speakers.json (default: auto-detect from CWD, then built-in)

show: Option<String>

Show name override — selects configs/{slug}/speakers.json (default: from project.json)

sfx: Option<PathBuf>

Path to sfx_.json — enables direction-text audit against existing config

episode: Option<String>

Episode tag (e.g. S04E04) — auto-discovers sfx config when –sfx is omitted

harvest_cast: bool

Scan all scripts in scripts/ for CAST: blocks and report speakers missing from speakers.json

backfill_cast: bool

Add CAST: blocks to scripts that don’t have one, inferring speakers from parsed JSON or body scan

scripts_dir: Option<PathBuf>

Scripts directory for –harvest-cast / –backfill-cast (default: scripts/ under workspace root)

yes: bool

Apply changes without confirmation (for –harvest-cast and –backfill-cast)

dry_run: bool

Preview backfill changes without writing files (implied when –yes is absent for –backfill-cast)
