Module libm 

The C library’s pow, log and log10, called at run time.

Python’s **, math.log and math.log10 go straight to libm, so the port calls the same functions rather than trusting Rust’s intrinsics to round identically. The last bit matters: it decides floor() on negative samples in pan(0.0).
